Roman Army Museum

Roman army museum feature

The Roman Army Museum is really cool. It is a Hadrian’s Wall Museum really because that’s what you learn about there.

It had a 3D-movie that shows you an image that looks like you are inside the world.

ArgeyKids ready to watch the 3D movie at the Roman Army Museum on life at Vindolanda as a Centurion soldier.
The movie was of an Eagle flying over Hadrian’s Wall. The movie also showed you what life was like for a Roman soldier living and working on Hadrian’s Wall and at Vindolanda (which was the centurion fort near the wall).

There was a big map, that showed every place the Roman’s were in Britain.

At the museum, I bought a helmet (like a Roman helmet) and a wooden box with my pocket money.
