Tewkesbury Medieval Festival

Tewkesbury Medieval Festival

Posted on July 21, 2016

I thought that the medieval festival was so much fun. My brother and I, and our cousin, all bought a bow and arrow each. Although ours were the same, they were bigger than our cousin’s.

For lunch we had (me and my brother) hotdogs, Mum had a veggie burger and Dad had a pulled pork roll with crackle. After we had an ice cream and went to see the reenactment of the Battle of Tewkesbury.

The reenactment of the Battle of Tewkesbury was so loud because they had guns and cannons but with no bullets or cannon balls, but they also had archers.

Then I went home with my Mum’s cousins. We had fun.

When I arrived home I spent 20 or so minuets playing with my bow and arrow and when my brother arrived we spent some more time playing and then I went inside to play on my iPad. I had a wonderful day and I really enjoyed watching the reenactment but my ears were plugged so I couldn’t here much but my favourite was watching the archers  shooting the plastic animals.
